how to hide disk partition [Windows]

hi friends, today i gonna show you how to hide disk partitions in your computer
this can be done in 2 ways..

First The Easy method

Step 1 : Go to Start >> Computer >> Right Click >> Manage

After This Should Come

Image has been scaled down 50% (500x357). Click this bar to view original image (996x711). Click image to open in new window.

Go to Storage >> Disk Management


After This Should come

Image has been scaled down 50% (500x359). Click this bar to view original image (991x710). Click image to open in new window.

After This

Right Click on The Partition you wanna hide ( in this case E:/)

Now Click on Change Drive Letters And Paths


Now Click on Remove and Press OK


To Get it Back , Right Click on Partition >> Assign or Change Drive or letter Paths
new window will open , now Press ok

Method 2


Step 1: Open Run --> Type - diskpart

Type List Volume

Type Select volume (Here 3)

It Should Prompt is Selected

Now Type - Remove Letter (Here E)


Now It Should Prompt DiskPart Successfully Removed The Drive Letter Path Or mount point

Now To get it back

Follow All Steps
but instead of 3rd Step

do Type - assign Letter (here E)

And done
